Intercity Transit has launched a pilot program integrating NaviLens technology at the Olympia and Lacey Transit Centers. NaviLens provides wayfinding and information to blind and low-vision riders to help them navigate to bus bays. Using NaviLens, riders receive audio wayfinding information and real-time next bus departure details through their smartphone (Android or iOS). The technology supports 34 languages, enabling non-English speakers to more easily access transit in Thurston County.
