We are excited to announce our upcoming 2026 Vanpool Incentive Campaign running throughout October and November! Whether you are a rider, reporter, or driver, there are plenty of ways for you and your group to earn rewards.

Here is everything you need to know to get rewarded:

1. Recruiter & New Rider Rewards
Know someone who wants to skip the solo commute? Bring them on board!

  • Recruiters: Earn a $100 Amazon digital gift card for every new rider you bring into the program.
  • New Riders: Earn a $50 Amazon digital gift card just for joining and riding.
  • The Rules: New riders must join in October or November, note their recruiter’s name on their participant agreement, and ride at least 5 times during their first full month (October, November, or December).

2. Safe Driver Rewards
We are celebrating the drivers keeping our roads safe by rewarding the top 10 vanpool groups with the best safety profiles based on our telematics data.

  • The Reward: $100 Amazon digital gift card for every qualified vanpool driver in those top 10 groups.
  • The Rules: To qualify, you must be an approved vanpool driver who drove at least 5 days during October or November. 
  • Note: A group can only earn this reward once – Oct or Nov.

3. On-Time Monthly Report Drawing
Submitting your monthly reports on time pays off! We are awarding a total of $1,000 in gift card drawings.

  • The Reward: Ten recipients of a $50 Amazon digital gift card each month (20 total rewards across October and November).
  • The Rules: Submit your group's monthly report accurately* by the first day of the following month (October reports submitted by Nov. 1; November reports submitted by Dec. 1) to be automatically entered. Note: A group can only win this drawing once.*Accurate report = correct ridership and mileage.

4. The Mega Reward Challenge
Think your vanpool group has what it takes to do it all? Take on the ultimate team challenge!

  • The Reward: $100 Amazon digital gift card for every eligible* member in the qualifying groups. 
  • The Rules: To qualify, your vanpool group must collectively hit all three milestones in either October or November:
    1. Recruit at least one new rider who meets the 5-day riding minimum.
    2. Rank in the top 10 safety profiles for the month.
    3. Submit your monthly report accurately by the first of the following month (October reports submitted by Nov. 1; November reports submitted by Dec. 1).
    4. *To be eligible, a rider must vanpool with 2+ other people for at least 5 days in the month.
