NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
On Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at approximately 4:30 p.m. the ITA will tour the Olympia Transit Center to view the newly installed Real Time Signage. They are expected to return to AdOps before 5:30 p.m. at which time the Special Meeting will begin.
The Intercity Transit Authority will conduct a special meeting starting at 5:30 p.m. in the boardroom of the Pattison Street facility located at 510 Pattison Street SE, Olympia, WA.

GENERAL MANAGER’S REPORT
AUTHORITY ISSUES
EXECUTIVE SESSION - The Intercity Transit Authority will conduct an Executive Session in accordance with RCW 42.30.110 (1) (i) to discuss with legal counsel litigation or potential litigation. Specifically, we will be discussing the status, legal risks, and financial implications of a pending lawsuit where public knowledge of the discussion would likely result in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency.
CLOSED SESSION – The Intercity Transit Authority will conduct a Closed Session in accordance with RCW 42.30.140 (4) (b) to allow Authority members and necessary staff to discuss items pertaining to collective bargaining or professional negotiations related to the International Association of Machinists (IAM), District Lodge 160.
