  • Service Information for Tuesday, Jan. 4 - Some routes remain on snow detour

    Routes 21, 45, 47, and 64 are on snow detour this morning, Tuesday, Jan. 4. Routing information is available at the following links:

  • Route 60 is back on regular route

    Route 60 is back on regular route and serving all bus stops on Lilly Rd. again. Thank you for your patience!

  • Route 21 on modified snow detour

    Due to road conditions, Route 21 is on a modified snow detour. From Puget St.:

  • Customer Service phone lines have been restored

    Customer Service phone lines have been restored. We appreciate your patience and understanding. 

  • Route 21 OB: 4 p.m. departure will not operate

    The 4 p.m. outbound departure of route 21 will not operate. Shuttle service will be provided for the next OB departure, which is scheduled for 5 p.m.

  • Buses may be running behind schedule due to road conditions

    Due to road conditions, buses may be running behind schedule. Our drivers are taking extra precautions to get you where you need to go safely.

  • Service Information for Sunday, Jan. 2 - Many routes on standard snow detour

    Routes 12, 21, 41, 45, 47, 60, 64, 66, 68, and 94 are on snow detour this morning, Sunday, Jan. 2. Routing information is available at the following links:

  • Route 12 Update: 5 p.m. departure from OTC did not operate, 5:30 p.m. departure bus is behind schedule

    The Route 12 5 p.m. departure from OTC did not operate due to mechanical issues. All stops will be missed.

  • Buses may be running behind schedule today due to road conditions and the use of chains

    Due to road conditions, buses must use chains and cannot travel more than 25 mph.

  • Buses will not stop on hills; passengers need to go to nearest stop at top or bottom of hills until further notice

    Buses are not able to stop on hills due to current road conditions. Passengers need to go to the nearest stop at either the top or bottom of hills to board all routes until further notice.
