Intercity Transit’s Dial-A-Lift, local and Express bus service will operate regular weekday service on Independence Day, Monday, July 4. Customer Service at the Olympia Transit Center will be open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. to assist customers. Intercity Transit’s administrative office is closed and Village Vans will not operate in observance of the holiday.

INTERCITY TRANSIT AUTHORITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FIVE-YEAR VANPOOL FARE CHANGE

July 20, 2022, 5:30 P.M.

Intercity Transit will conduct a public hearing, Wednesday, July 20, 2022, beginning at 5:30 p.m., to receive public comment on a proposed Vanpool Fare Change allowing vanpool users 18 years old and younger to be exempt from fare payment.   

In observance of Juneteenth, Village Vans will not operate on Monday, June 20. Customers needing work-related transportation should make alternate travel plans.

Intercity Transit’s Dial-A-Lift, local and Express bus service will operate on current weekday schedules on Memorial Day, Monday, May 30. Customer Service will be available by phone from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. to assist customers.
Intercity Transit Dial-A-Lift driver Dan Savage placed second at the 31st Annual Community Transportation Association of America (CTAA) Roadeo (Roadeo) last week in Louisville, Kentucky. Savage competed in the Body-on-Chassis/Paratransit Division against 50 competitors from 48 transit agencies across the country.

The TSA has ended the federal mask mandate effective immediately. The CDC continues to recommend that people wear masks in indoor public transportation settings.
