Due to utility work along Bigelow Ave., Route 21 will be on detour from start of service until 5 p.m. on Monday, May 19. Stop #171 - Puget St. at Bigelow Ave. [nb] will not be serviced. Routing will be as follows:
- Continue on Puget St. past Bigelow Ave.
- Right on Yew Ave.
- Right on Tullis St.
- Left on Bigelow Ave. to resume regular routing.
