Current Walk N Roll Volunteers are invited to attend our monthly Bike Education & Events Volunteer Gathering on May 21 from 5-6 p.m. at the Walk N Roll Bike Shop located at 2955 Martin Way, Suite 101 in Olympia. Please note that visitor parking is located at 510 Pattison St. SE under the building. Then follow the sidewalk around the corner to the bike shop’s entrance on Martin Way.
At the gathering you will hear volunteer updates, meet other volunteers and learn something new! This month our learning topic is how to lock your bike. Walk N Roll staff will review best practices for bike locking and then participants will get to test out their new knowledge through hands-on practice and games. Bringing your own bike and lock(s) is encouraged but not required. Walk N Roll will have several different types of locks and a selection of bikes to practice on.
