Olympia Transit Center offers new services and improved access

Olympia, WA – Intercity Transit welcomes Greyhound to the Olympia Transit Center, providing regional and national bus travel options to South Puget Sound residents. Passengers can purchase Greyhound tickets in person using a credit card at the Customer Service counter and ship and receive packages via Greyhound beginning January 15, 2022.

Customer Service for Greyhound and Intercity Transit is co-located at 205 Franklin St. in Olympia and is open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., seven days a week. The Customer Service entrance is located on Olympia Ave.

Along with the added services, recent improvements to Olympia Transit Center include:

  • New sidewalks and ADA accessible ramps along State Avenue and Washington Street.
  • New pathways to improve pedestrian flow and safe crossing to the main bus platform.
  • Updated lighting, benches, and amenities.
  • Updated landscaping.
