Single Ride

A single fare is good for one trip on Intercity Transit. You pay as you board with cash or a single-ride ticket. Exact change is required. Please note that our Transit Operators do not make change and cannot accept checks. You must pay with exact change or a pass. You are welcome to use our change machine at the Olympia Transit Center. 

Daily Pass

A daily pass is good for all day, unlimited number of rides on the day of purchase. Purchase a daily pass as you board with cash (exact change only) or with a daily ride ticket. Please note that our Transit Operators do not make change and cannot accept checks. You must pay with exact change or a pass. You are welcome to use our change machine at the Olympia Transit Center.

Single-Ride ($1) Ticket Booklets

You can purchase single-ride ticket booklets good for 10 rides. Just place one ticket in the farebox as you board. If you ar ea reduced fare cardholder, you will get a daily pass from the driver. These are not good for round trips unless you hold a reduced fare card. You can also used these toward the purchase of a daily pass.  

Daily Pass ($2) Ticket Booklets

You can purchase Daily Pass ticket booklets good for 10 daily passes. Each ticket is good for unlimited riding all day. Just place one in the farebox as you board, and the driver will give you a daily pass good for the rest of the day.

Monthly Passes

A monthly pass entitles you to unlimited rides on Intercity Transit during the month indicated on the pass. If you ride often, a monthly pass is smart, convenient and a great value. Monthly passes for the coming month go on sale on the 24th of the current month. For example, March passes go on sale February 24. Monthly passes purchased after the 1st of the month are not prorated.

Olympia Express Monthly Pass

An Olympia Express monthy pass entitles you to unlimited rides on Olympia Express during the month indicated on the pass.  If you ride frequently, a monthly pass is a great value. Monthly passes for the coming month go on sale on the 24th of the current month. For example, February passes go on sale January 24. We do not prorate passes purchased after the first of the month.

Annual pass

Annual passes are available to Regional Reduced Fare permit holders only. Permit holders may purchase pro-rated annual passes anytime at the Olympia Transit Center.

Regional Reduced Fare

Seniors 65 years and older and people with disabilities are entitled to reduced fares on most Puget Sound area transit systems. A regional Reduced Fare permit is required. Eligibility is based on age, disability or possession of a Medicare Card. To request an application, call Customer Service, 360-786-1881. In addition to reduced fares, permit holders may purchase pro-rated annual passes anytime during the yea at the Olympia Transit Center.
