Customer Service

Buy passes and ticket booklets at our Customer Service Office in the Olympia Transit Center in downtown Olympia at 222 State Avenue. Monthly passes are available for the following month on the 24th of every month.

Community Pass Outlets for Local Service Monthly Passes

Purchase monthly passes for local routes at any of the outlets listed below. Monthly passes are available for the following month on the 24th of every month. Olympia Express monthly passes are not available at these locations.

Olympia: Olympia Transit Center, City Hall, Ralph's Thriftway, The Evergreen State College Bookstore.
Lacey: City Hall.
Tumwater: City Hall.
Yelm: Tim's Pharmacy.

Purchase Olympia Express monthly passes at any of the following outlets:

Olympia: Customer Service at the Olympia Transit Center in downtown Olympia, 222 State Avenue
Pierce County: At all three Pierce Transit Bus Shop locations.

Order Through the Mail

Purchase monthly passes and 10-ride ticket booklets by mail, phone or fax with a check, Visa, Mastercard or Discover card. Contact Customer Service at 360-786-1881 for information.
