Passengers can ride from Olympia to Lakewood in about 45 minutes to an hour, and from Olympia to Tacoma in about an hour. Trips from Tacoma to Seattle take an additional hour. Travel to Seattle requires one transfer in Lakewood or Tacoma.

Service between Olympia Lakewood & Tacoma
Intercity Transit and Pierce Transit provide service between Olympia and the Lakewood Station, SR 512 Park & Ride in Lakewood, the Tacoma Dome Station, and downtown Tacoma Monday through Friday. Service to the Lakewood Station, SR 512 Park & Ride, and the Tacoma Mall Transit Center is also available Saturdays and Sundays. For Express maps and schedules, visit:

Service between Tacoma & Seattle
Service from Pierce County to downtown Seattle is provided by Sound Transit's Seattle Express and Sounder rail. Intercity Transit riders can transfer to Sound Transit buses at the Lakewood Station, Lakewood SR 512 Park & Ride, the Tacoma Dome Station, and the downtown Tacoma Transit Center. Sounder Rail is available at the Tacoma Dome Station.
