Bays D & E will be closed starting Monday, May 13 for up to two weeks due to construction. During construction, Routes 42, 45 and 47 will depart from Franklin St. Please see map below for locations.

Outbound Route 60 will be on detour starting Monday, Dec. 18 until further notice due to continuing construction on Golf Club Road

Due to continuing construction on Golf Club Rd., outbound Route 60 will be on detour until further notice. Several stops will be missed.

Outbound Routes 12, 42 and 45 are on detour until further notice due to the closure of Olympia Ave.

Outbound Routes 12, 42 and 45 are on detour starting today, Oct. 23, until further notice due to the closure of the westbound lane of Olympia Ave. between Washington St. and Capitol Way. During the detour, stop #869, Columbia St. at State Ave. [sb], is closed.

Buses will detour as follows:

  • Routes 12 and 42 outbound: From OTC, left on Washington St., right on State Ave., left on Capitol Way, right on 5th Ave., where they'll continue on regular route.
  • Route 45 outbound: From OTC, left on Washington St., right on State Ave., right on Capitol Way, where they'll continue on regular route.

Please catch the bus on Capitol Way during the detour. See the map below for details.

Route 13: Stop #72 on Capitol Blvd. at Southgate Center [SB] remains closed until further notice due to construction

Bus stop #72 on Capitol Blvd. at Southgate Center [SB], remains closed until further notice due to construction at the intersection of Capitol Blvd. and Trosper Rd. Passengers should use the temporary stop located approximately 900 feet north on Capitol Blvd.

Route 62B: Stop #515 on Martin Way at Marvin Rd. [WB] will be temporarily closed due to construction

Due to construction work to enhance this stop, bus stop #515 on Martin Way at Marvin Rd. [WB] will be temporarily closed. For the duration of the construction work, inbound Route 62B riders may use the temporary stop located 225’ west, in front of the Public Storage building.

Please be aware that construction schedules are weather dependent and stop closures may happen without further notice.

Routes 60 and 64 on detour starting May 10 until further notice due to ongoing construction on Franklin St.

Routes 60 and 64 will be on detour all day starting Monday, May 10 until further notice due to ongoing construction on Franklin St. The detour is as follows:

  • Outbound: Buses will leave the Olympia Transit Center and take a right on Franklin St., right on State St., left Capitol Way, and left on 8th Ave. and then back on regular route.
  • Inbound: Buses will travel westbound on 8th Ave. and will turn right on Capitol Way, right on Olympia Ave. to access Bay I at the Olympia Transit Center.

Two bus stops will be closed during the detour. The closed stops are:

  • #211 - Franklin at Legion (northbound)
  • #212 - Franklin at Legion (southbound)

Nightline service to be discontinued March 14 until further notice

Intercity Transit is closely monitoring the latest developments in the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and is responding to the rapidly evolving situation with measures to protect the health and safety of our customers, employees and community.

With this in mind, we have made the decision to discontinue Nightline service starting Saturday, March 14, 2020 until further notice.

We appreciate you working with us and ask you to consider limiting non-essential trips and, most importantly, to stay home when sick.
