What are Walk N Roll Bike Rides?

Walk n Roll Bike Rides are inspired by Kidical Mass, a national movement that celebrates that kids are traffic too! Rides provide a chance for youth and their families to practice biking on low-traffic roads. Rides typically include fun activities and family-friendly destinations.

Who can participate?

Everyone is invited to join the rides and all types of bikes are welcome. Rides are best for those who can ride on the road and who do not have training wheels.

2020 Ride Information

Upcoming Rides

Due to a lack of participation, we will not have any rides in 2020. If interest increases, we may consider organizing rides in the future.

Volunteer with Walk N Roll Bike Rides

Volunteers help escort the group of riders safely to their destination. This may include stopping traffic at select intersections and riding along with the group, setting a good example for kids and their parents. Volunteers need to be experienced cyclists who are comfortable riding in traffic.
