    State Agency Rider (STAR) Pass

    The State Agency Rider (STAR) Pass is available free to state employees who work in Thurston County. It  is valid on all Intercity Transit services, including Dial-A-Lift and Olympia Express.

    State employees who ride Pierce, Mason or Grays Harbor Transit systems may qualifiy for a fare subsidy on trips to and from Olympia. Riders must register to participate. Visit www.ctr.wa.gov for details. 

    The STAR Pass is paid for by the State agencies with worksites in Thurston County. For more information or to get a STAR Pass, see your worksite Employee Transportation Coordinator or call Joan Cullen at 360-705-7916. Or visit the Website at www.ctr.wa.gov

    College passes

    South Puget Sound Community College, The Evergreen State College, and Saint Martin's University students can show a current student ID card and ride any local Intercity Transit route. Students must pay the full fare for the Olympia Express service to Tacoma and Lakewood.  

    Thurston County TC rider pass

    The TC Rider pass is available to Thurston County employees. Fares are paid by Thurston County. For information, call 360-754-3355, ext 6433.

    Thurston Regional Planning Council

    The TC Rider pass is available to Thurston Regional Planning Council employees. Fares are paid by Thurston Regional Planning Council. For information, call 360-786-5480.
