Transportation Fairs 

Transportation Fairs, called Smart Commuting Fairs, provide one-on-one help with transit trip planning and information about other options in your employee transportation program. You provide the location and we'll provide staff and supplies.

How it Works
To schedule a Smart Commuting Fair, e-mail kfransen@intercitytransit.com, or call her at 360-705-5836 at least two weeks in advance.

Choose a time and location and start promoting the fair --e-mails, flyers, newsletters, bulletin boards, paycheck stuffers are just a few ideas. Promises of food and prizes always attract a crowd.

On the day of the fair, Intercity Transit will bring all necessary materials. Your Employee Transportation Coordinator should be on hand to answer specific questions about employee benefits and subsidies.

Thurston Regional Planning Council
Thurston Regional Planning Council (TRPC) is an intergovernmental board made up of local government jurisdictions within Thurston County in Washington State. The Council develops regional plans and policies for transportation, growth management, environmental quality and other topics. TRPC also acts as a regional clearinghouse for planning and demographic information and data.
